Particle size calibration standards

CPS Instruments' calibration standards in the submicroscopic to macroscopic size range ensure accurate measurements for a wide range of materials. All CPS calibration standards are verified by direct physical means and guaranteed to be correct in both stated average size (+/- 2%), half height peak width, and the presence of aggregates of the primary particles, if any.
